   East Wansdyke   

East Wansdyke (Wiltshire) is an ongoing research project, led by Professor Andrew Reynolds (UCL Institute of Archaeology) which aims to further understanding of this early medieval linear earthwork.  Research into plant remains recovered during fieldwork at the site is being undertaken by analysts in the Sheffield Archaeobotany Consultancy, which is part of ARRaS.

   Under Whitle   

Under Whitle is a National Lottery Heritage Fund community archaeology project that is investigating medieval remains at Under Whitle Farm in the Peak District. The results of archaeobotanical sampling at the site will tell us of the historic flora and possibly of earlier farming practices.
